Cancellation Policy
At Tranquil Vibes Massage & Wellness we understand that situations happen and you may have to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We do ask to reduce your risk of being charged, that you contact us by phone, text or email 24 hours before your appointment day and time. If for any reason you have a same day cancellation a 50% fee will be applied to your payment method on file. If you need to reschedule a 30% fee will be applied to your payment method on file. For all NO SHOWS, payment in full will be applied to your payment method on file.
