Clients will receive an email and text message 24 hours before appointment time. Clients are able to reschedule or cancel 24 hours before scheduled appointment, allowing the amount paid to be transferred to new appointment date. LATE ARRIVAL: Clients will receive what is remaining of the 60 minutes that has been reserved for their appointment. NO CALL/NO SHOW: Payment will be forfeited.
